Having formed MLP in 2013, Mitch has presided over a rapid growth period taking on a number of employees whilst still maintaining his commitment to quality project delivery. Mitch is a third generation builder who has tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying and construction coupled with decades of experience in the construction industry.

Paddy has project managed a vast array of construction projects and staff in both Australia and the United States. He has a diverse approach to construction and business management, from tendering to construction, post construction and beyond. Paddy is heavily involved with each project, ensuring the best outcomes for MLP clients.
